Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about using the Leader Feedback Portal.

Category 1

Account & Access

Access to the portal is by invitation only. An administrator will send you an invitation email with a unique link to set up your account. If you are a department leader and haven't received an invitation, please contact your church administrator.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link via email. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Invitation links expire after 24 hours for security reasons. Contact your administrator to request a new invitation. They can resend the invitation from the admin dashboard.

Your email address is tied to your account and department assignment. If you need to change it, please contact an administrator who can update your profile.

Submitting Reports

You should submit your report weekly, ideally at the end of each week (Saturday or Sunday). Consistency helps administration track department activities effectively.

Yes! You can save your report as a draft at any time and come back to complete it later. Drafts are saved automatically as you type. Just click "Save Draft" to ensure your work is saved.

You can edit your submitted report until an administrator reviews it. Once the report has been reviewed, it becomes locked for further editing. However, you can include any updates in your next weekly report.

While all sections should be completed for a comprehensive report, you can enter "N/A" or "No updates this week" for sections that don't apply to a particular week.

It's important to submit a report even if activities were minimal. Simply note that it was a quiet week and share any observations or plans for the coming week.

Report Sections

Include all department activities during the week: meetings, outreach programs, training sessions, special events, community service, and any other organized activities. Be specific about dates and participation.

Keep a simple record of attendance at your department meetings and activities. Note total attendance, new members, and any patterns like declining or increasing participation.

Any positive outcomes from your work: goals met, souls won, successful programs, member growth, community impact, or even small victories worth celebrating.

Be completely honest. The purpose of sharing challenges is to get support. Administration cannot help with problems they don't know about. Share openly so appropriate resources can be provided.

Admin Responses

You will receive an email notification when an administrator responds to your submission. You can also check your dashboard to see response status on all your submissions.

For urgent matters, contact your administrator directly. The portal is designed for weekly reporting, not real-time communication. Include urgent requests in your "Support Needed" section for documentation.

Yes! You can reply to admin feedback directly in your report view. This creates a conversation thread that helps maintain clear communication with administration.
