A step-by-step guide for CCE Ministries department leaders on how to submit your weekly feedback reports.
The ministry administration will send you an invitation email when you are registered as a department leader. This email contains a special link to set up your account.
Tips:
Click the link in your invitation email. You will be asked to create a secure password for your account. Choose something you can remember but is hard for others to guess.

Once your password is set, you can login to the portal anytime. Your dashboard shows your department information and any pending reports.
Tips:
Each week, you will complete 8 sections covering your department activities, attendance, challenges, and more. You can save as draft and continue later.
Tips:
When your report is complete, submit it before the weekly deadline. Late submissions are still accepted but try to submit on time.
Tips:
The administration will review your report and may send you feedback, questions, or encouragement. You will be notified when there is a response.
Tips:
Reports are expected to be submitted each week. The report covers the activities and events from the previous week. Try to submit before Sunday evening so the administration can review them early in the week.
